What a Nutritionist Eats in a Day (Whole 30 in Korea)

October is over and that wraps up the WHOLE30 Challenge I took on for the month.

I embarked on this challenge to welcome a little reset in my diet after going through a bit of a funk and feeling uninspired and unmotivated when it came to cooking.

You can watch my original video where I shared about my first 10 days doing Whole30 here.

Today, I shared what I ate on my last day of the challenge. Check it out here!

A few things to note:

  • I don’t often go with the “bulletproof coffee” breakfast but sometimes I do… especially when running late (sometimes I make it with rooibos tea instead of coffee)

  • If I don’t have a great sleep, I make having a quality , balanced breakfast a priority.

  • On workout days or really physically busy days, I get a lot hungrier— I listen to what my body wants and I feed it in a balanced way.

Things I noticed after one month of the Whole30 Diet

  • Balanced energy

  • Mental clarity

  • a LOT less anxiety + improved mental state

  • deeper, more restful sleep

  • clearer skin

  • improved digestion

  • a bit of weight loss and just generally felt better in my body

  • complete control of cravings

  • re-kindled love and inspiration for cooking…even in my rinky dinky kitchen :)

  • a refreshed baseline of feeling really physically well!

Let me know if you have any questions.

Have an awesome week!
