Hi! I'm Danielle, a certified nutritional practitioner and lifestyle coach who’s passionate about guiding you to create a life you love through total body nourishment. But before I was here, I was there—burning out, glorifying "busy," and dealing with stage 3 adrenal fatigue and hormonal imbalances.

My lifestyle eventually caught up to me when I discovered I had stage 3 adrenal fatigue and along with it came a whole whack of really uncomfortable and annoying hormonal issues. 

For me, the road to recovery was long and frustrating—at first. I eventually realized my approach to healing wasn’t holistic, which held me back. That frustration led me to dive into research, go back to school, and ultimately reshape my path. Once I shifted to a truly comprehensive approach, everything changed. It’s incredible what your body can overcome when it’s given the right support.

Through my own healing journey, I discovered that true transformation begins by aligning our bodies, mindsets, and habits. That’s why I created Simply Nourished—a space dedicated to your wellness, where calm, clarity, and support are at the heart of everything we do. Here, you'll find the tools to unlock your full potential and become the best version of yourself.

I am a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner, if you live in Ontario your services may be covered by your insurance if you have benefits for a holistic nutritionist.
